If you’re looking for some Halloween events in Dorset this October half-term, we’ve got you covered! Get ready for lots of spooky fun, fancy dress, and themed days all around the county.
There are spooktacular events all across Dorset this Halloween, from family-friendly events at your favourite local attractions, to adults-only club nights and horror events. We’ve also listed a few local pumpkin patches where you can PYO and pose for pics among the pumpkins!

A huge Halloween parade will run throughout Weymouth town centre, full of zombies, witches, ghouls and more. The parade will start from Millennium Square (outside the Range in New Bond Street).
Trunk or Treat, Weymouth

During Halloween, the Nothe Fort becomes the spookiest place in Weymouth! As always, they’re running an exciting programme of family activities – including ghost tours, a Wand-making Workshop, Pumpkin Golf, Creepy crafts, and more!
Brave the famous ghost tunnels and come face to face with the “Whistling Gunner”. Fancy dress is encouraged! Activities are free with your entry ticket to the Fort.

This October half term, venture through Weymouth Town Centre on a Zombie Halloween trail where riddles must be unravelled, puzzles conquered, and cunning tested. Gourdon and Melonie are activist pumpkins on a mission! Disturbed that so many of their fellow pumpkins end up in bins every Halloween, they are on a mission to change hearts and minds and improve human/vegetable relations for all time.
